We can help with account access, sign-in issues, recording or microphone issues, failed uploads, transcription issues, report generation issues, app crashes, unexpected behaviour, data deletion, and account closure requests.
Before You Contact Us
Please include:
- your name;
- your registered work email;
- your organisation or provider name, if applicable;
- device type and operating system;
- app version, if visible;
- what you were trying to do;
- what went wrong;
- approximate date and time of the issue; and
- screenshots if safe to share.
Do not email real participant notes, NDIS numbers, audio recordings, risk notes, incident details, or sensitive support information unless your organisation has approved that support process.
Password Reset
If you use email/password sign-in, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. Firebase Authentication will send reset instructions to your registered email address.
Account Access
If you cannot access your account, contact hello@architectia.com.au from your registered email address where possible. We may need to verify your identity, organisation, and authority before making account changes.
